Charles likes Accelerator, probably more than he should. He has a soft spot for the trollish grumpy ones, what can I say. Accelerator's powers are super groovy, and Charles appreciates Accelerator's bluntness even when it irritates him. Charles relates to the powerful and arrogant types, and he also feels that, when push comes to shove, Accelerator is someone who can be depended upon, in the sense of getting things done, at least to a certain extent. Overall, he'd like to get to know Accelerator better, and while he likes him and is interested in him, he's kind of... reserving more substantial judgement until some occasion arises that would actually let Charles know him better.
