JUBILEE YOU ARE A DELIGHT AND A PUZZLEMENT. Charles loves her upbeat spirit, as annoying as her headstrong, impetuous whimsy can be. To be honest, he thinks that the Momfessor/Dadneto thing is a bit ridiculous, and he would hate the nickname if it were just some independent thing... but he likes it insomuch as it's from her. And it's just nice to see Jubilee being so strongly... Jubilee. Being yourself, or another person being him- or herself, isn't something to be taken for granted.
He's honestly not quite sure where he stands with her, given how she's from a different point in time from the other X-kids but still closer to them than to Charles or Erik as far as experience goes. Charles also just has problems navigating his way with women/girls. And Jubilee occasionally reminds him a bit of Raven -- pushy, exuberant, defiant. It's only slightly, very slightly, but it's still a raw nerve. In some ways, he's kind of at a loss for trying to get to know her better, though he certainly wants to do so.
