She isn't sporting some attention-grabbing pointy hat or giant cape or anything like that. Charles appreciates what seems to be a level-headed manner of working steadily toward the desired results -- she seems like a far-sighted sort of person. And they shared Proud Mom Faces. Really, Charles views her as more of a potential colleague, despite their age difference.
