Brianna at first seems very upfront and what-you-see-is-what-you-get when it comes to mind stuff, but actually she's covering up a lot of insecurity and fear. A lot of bad things have happened to her since she got her powers (being separated from her family, trapped under a giant dome, fighting other kids, nearly dying a few times) but the thing she's probably most resistant to talking about is something called "plastering," where she was forced to stick her hands into wet concrete until it hardened into a block and then left tied up outside for a couple weeks with a bunch of other mutant kids until they were all starving to death. FUN. Anyway, she has no mental blocks or resistance to mindreading, so do whatever you want with her, basically, but she won't like having her thoughts read, especially thoughts of things she doesn't like talking about.
Sophie-Anne is a vampire and telepaths cannot read her. /o/
