...do I need to tell you about Hisoka 8D; I MEAN you know his general stuff, with pretty powerful telepaths I'm mostly playing it that he has shields but unless he's specifically focusing on blocking his thoughts, they can probably still get at least surface readings. And someone like Charles could probably get past his blocks if he really wanted to, although Hisoka might notice? /handwave
Kanzaki Naoto used to have some really crazy self-induced amnesia and craziness re: viewing the world (in summary: repression repression EVERYTHING IS FINE LALALA let me have entire conversations with my comatose mother on the phone la la la). He's mostly past the amnesia and the craziness is sort of...refocused on Kazuki. So I dunno if Charles would notice that he's still not quite...sane, but it's more of a functioning sane now! Mostly! (As I mentioned in my stats/permissions, his general thought processes aren't too odd, but he will cycle back to think about Kazuki more than a more well-adjusted person would.)
Ouka doesn't have blocks or shields (...probably), and since I'm playing it as the Eye of Raphael in her hand is dormant, it's possible Charles wouldn't pick up on that. However, she does seem to have some major trauma/amnesia from her past that she doesn't seem to consciously remember (and also a few blank spots in her memory from when Raphael takes over). The trauma relates to basically being made into a WMD when she was three. Also, there was some talk in canon about Raphael using her suppressed personality to manifest, but that hasn't really been clarified so DO WITH THAT AS YOU WILL. If any of this comes up, I can try to give you a better summary if you need it \o/
The others don't really have interesting mental stuff going on. IN GENERAL blanket permission to do stuff or at least propose crazy things to do ♥
