Gabranth is fairly normal, powers-wise. He is, however, carrying around a truck of latent anger and irritation which is generally focused on his (twin) brother. He's been getting a little better about it in Camp, but that's mostly due to a combination of ignoring the problem and his brother not being around. Also, the name he goes by isn't his real name - it's his mother's (maiden) name. He's currently of the belief that he doesn't deserve to use his birthname. And then there's the part where he's been semi-willingly serving the empire that destroyed his homeland because he wasn't willing to abandon his ailing mother. So yes. Tread with caution, with mentioning his past.

He's also after his death in canon, if that makes a difference.

Kuja is a Genome. What exactly this means is never explained in canon, but I'd assume he'd read as being notably not human. He does also have some kind of minor telekinesis and something that looks like it might have been minor telepathy, so he might notice Charles poking around in there and will more then likely comment that it's not too polite. If he does keep poking, he'll turn up that the man who made him - and yes, he was made and deliberately given a soul (in contrast to most Genomes, who don't have souls) - to be an 'Angel of Death' and help Terra's revival process by ... causing wars so people would die, pretty much. He's gotten up to 'dark grey' on the sliding scale of morality in camp, which mostly means he's less likely to kill people for the hell of it.

He's also from after his canon death.

Tesla is, first and foremost, the historical Nikola Tesla. He's also a vampire, thanks to some well-applied science and the fact that he had vampiric ancestors somewhere back a ways in his family tree. What this basically means is that he doesn't age, is far more durable than the average person and has a healing factor that is really good. If you want further details on the things he's survived in canon, just ping in chan or at his journal. He also has an ability that acts as electrokinesis at touch range (if I ever canon update him, this will turn into electromagnetism). Biologically speaking, everything seems to run as per usual for a human he does seem to need to require blood. However, he's made a promise not to drink human blood and he has every intent to keep it (mostly because of who he made it to.)

As for mentally speaking, the man is a self-centered genius and tends to be thinking about science on a regular basis. His death was faked after he'd sold his death ray to every allied government in hopes that they'd share and peace would break out. He's also fluent in eight languages and if he catches on to the fact that Charles is poking, he might try thinking in another language to throw him off. Also, this woman (http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v443/morjana/sanctuary/Amanda_Tapping.jpg) will likely figure prominently in his memories, as will this man (http://images.buddytv.com/usrimages/usr3698215/3698215_2c9c5b13-e913-4bd2-8ce4-b3d9b5e975ed-john-druitt-m.jpg).

He might also vaguely recognize Charles' name, since his canon fairly explicitly takes place in the real world, but I can't imagine he's really interested in comic-book type things.
