Impulse canonically gives telepaths headaches if they stay in his head too long because he thinks at a super fast rate, jumps around a lot in his thought process, and is basically really hard to talk to. But he has no mind shields and what he thinks he pretty much blurts out.
Ramona travels through people's heads as a shortcut on her delivery route, so she has been inside their dreams and kind of knows about how minds work in a weird way. That said, she has no barriers to her own mind and she--in a magnificent hypocritical fashion--gets super pissed off if people peek into hers (see icon). I think surface thoughts and regular chatter is okay, but going into her deepest desires will get a really creepy scene of her sitting at the feet of her ex-boyfriend and an uncomfortable glimpse at how messed up she is.
