I'm going to be carrying over as many threads as possible because I have a neurotic dedication to running up the comm's comment count as much as I can, but please feel free to tag in here for any new/old fourth wall threads.

Also, my sincerest apologies for derping out like a champion over the past couple of days with threads from both the fourth wall event and before. I just moved back into my apartment for the school year, so there were all sorts of moving/unpacking/cleaning things going on. Additionally, there is a hurricane coming, so I am occasionally in somewhat mind-numbing amounts of pain and just can't handle more than a thread or two at a time.

None that is apparent, beyond there just seemingly being no further interest in keeping a person detained here.

In fact, there are those for whom being forced to leave is something that occurs very much against their will.

Trust me, I thoroughly understanding doing what needs to be done. You already know that. While your Valerian and I may be different people now, at one point in my life, not too long ago, I was in a place where I would make the same decision that he did.

Be realistic. Those same things have likely already happened. We just don't remember them - so hoping for that is pointless.

I don't know what happened, and right now? I don't want to. Getting it secondhand is meaningless to me.

I can't. But, I'm the one who brought it up, so I'll finish it. Whatever's going to happen, will happen. I accept that. You want us to do what we can; I'm sure you'll do what you can too. It's in your nature. At least I'm assuming it is, given what I know about Valerian. I'm not going to lose sleep over this. Don't get worked up over something that's irrelevant to your life here, or your goals.
